Glasses do not last

I bought a costly set of glasses from lenscrafters in regards to a year before. Among the films began to crash which makes it difficult to study. I expected in order for them to correct the issue. Lenscrafters declined stating the spectacles were also outdated and also the frames were one time use structures.

I'll never conduct business together again and might recommend others to complete exactly the same.
