Falls Road Emergency Clinic Charged me $605.80 and quoted me $55.00 and never said one word about extra charges. Rip-off!

I have a female dog that i needed to get spayed and she was pregnant. I called them up off of a list of participating vets with the ASPCA to use their certificate. They quoted me $55.00 dollars over the phone for which i would have to pay, never once said anything about extra fees that MAY be applied.

When i went to pick up my dog they slapped a bill for $605.80 in front of me and told me that if i didnt pay it then they would keep my dog there and charge me boarding fees for every day that she was there.

Never did they once try to work with me to pay a bill that was $550.80 over the quoted price. They were very unkind and unwilling to work with, a very unfair place to do business with.
