Extra fees

Iordered propane and was quoted aprice of $229 for 100 gallons. When i got my bill i was charged 3.99 dollars for fuel surcharge and 4.99 dollars for dist. [what ever that is i dont know]. The last time i got gas from them i was not charged these fees. I dont think this is fair without notifying me of these charges befor ordering. I also think all propane cos in montgomery county are charging an excessive amount for lpg. I used to own this co. And sold out. When oil was $40 dollarss a barrell the price was a little over $100 for 100 gallons
