Target dishonest pratice to cheat customer and profit by it

Target cheated me and is profiting by their underhanded action. I purchased two sunscreens because I had a $5 off two coupon. At checkout the sales associate scanned the coupon with deducted the $5. But then added it back, so I got zero for the coupon, however, Target will get $5 when they process the coupon. Addition profit for Target. This business practice is sealing from the customer, how can this be legal? Not only did Target cheat me, they have completely eliminate my means to complain (except for maybe this). I called the store, a manger never came to the phone, I tried to use the survey website, but got a message. Sorry no one is available. I typed a complaint, but just before submitting, a $25 fee was required. Target is not satisfied with the $5 they took, now they want $25 more. Target I want my money.
