I purchaced a pack of flour tortillas at the Target store in Harmar Pa. It had a coupon for $1.00 off 1lb or more ground beef with purchase of tortillas. The problem is that this target does not carry any ground beef! I had even asked for assistence from 2 of the employees there and was told that they do not carry ground beef. Who also were not willing to let me use the coupon even though they did not carry the item and it is a target only coupon! I was told that they might carry it at the Super Targets. There are no Super Targets around here and why would you have a coupon on a product and not carry the other item that you need to use the coupon!?
