Upgrade Date Pushed Back After Late Payment Suspension

Do not ever use Cingular wireless... I had service with them since 1998 before there was Cingular.

I was due to a phone upgrade but my date got pushed back to 3/28/05 and was supposed to be 12/22/04... But since Cingular suspended my service because I was late on my payment they move my upgrade date to 3/28/05, and they never told me they would do such a thing! What bullshit from this fake ass company...

I always paid my bill and settle any debt with Cingular that was owned to them... But I guess that's the way they pay you back...*quick pull the knife out of my back Cingular* and every time it was time to renew my contract I would sign it with no questions and be good to go... Well in april I will not resign with this idiotic cellular company... I will be taking my money else where so I can get treated like a customer should be treated"

My wife called customer care *JOKE* they told her that bullshit since my service was suspended for late payment this did this to punish me... Well they can keep there lousy service because I am going to another cellular service ASAP...

Do your self a favor do not use Cingular because they are bullshit with hidden surprises Around each corner or there is a string attached to each deal they give you
