Adam Swor inexperinced, incompetent, just looking for a sale. No copy of purchase agreement, Hired his own inspector, we were not made aware or Remax policy

Refused to give us copy of sighned purchase agreement. Never said anything about Remax policy on house inspection. Remax policy is that the buyer find there own inspector. Hired his own inspector and gave us a copy of inspection 5 days later. Adam Swor sat down with me and went over inpection and said inpector was either wrong or misleading on his report and said the problems were easy fixes. He also gave me price quotes and apprx amount of time to fix them. On the closing date he also had no idea that we were suposed to do a walk through of the house. We had to delay the closing to schedule a walk through.

My goal until I sell this house is to tell as many people about what kind of realtors Remax Duluth has working for them.
