Bill Your Credit Card BUT Never Send Order, FRAUD ripoff

I placed an order with this company on October 28 and have not received the order yet! The website says they will deliver in 14 days to a max of 6 weeks. They have far exceeded that time period. Furthermore, the company charged my credit card for the items, even though they never shipped them.

I attempted many times to contact the company via email (there is no phone number), but never received a response. I have reported the situation to my credit card company. This company is clearly out to just take your money!!! Beware! I thought it looked like a legit company with a way to check your order status, return policy, et cetra, but it is not!

This is the first time something like this has happened to me and I can assure you I will be much more careful when ordering on line from now on. Hope this prevents other people from going through the same thing. Aloha.
