RIPOFF Never received $65 order that was charged to my credit card on 4/26/5! Ripoff

I ordered two items on 4/18/05, Order Number: 6088. My Credit card was charged $65 on 4/26/05. I received an email thanking me for my order on 4/18/05 & the following email on 4/26/05:

Thank you for your on-line order.
Your order # % has been shipped from NORTHWEST
GLASS ART.

I never received my order and they have not responded to numerous emails. Shipping USPS from the state of WA to CA does not take 30 days!

Their phone # is (425) 776-8952 for those frustrated people who have said they don't have a phone contact. Of course the message machine doesn't identify the company name.
I left a message.
I have turned them over to my credit card company's fraud unit.
