$88.24 charge on 8/22/04- Try to cancel 8/23/04 -? Ripoff on charges. No more web purchases from tv ads for me!

After seeing your web page i started checking what i was told on phone. My charge of $88.24 appeared on my account 12/22/04. I was given 1-800-323-8064 to cancel galeria acct. After several calls, no one ever heard of john paul. Next was sears they told me, but it was same deal at 1 800 547 5371. No sears. Call to coustomer service several times at 1 818 464 1650 several times said they had maled package priorty mail and would give refund to my debit visa card when package is received back. That will be a costly process to be able to prove package was never opened to give them any excuse to not refund $88.24. When it's finally over, it will stand out as a very costly mistake and trust in our system. No more web purchases from tv ads for me. I will keep you informed of the outcome & outline process required to settle it.
