Ripoff, excuses, excuses, excuses, on backorder, already shipped (tomorrow) billed credit card but still on backorder 2 months later

Placed an order for bras and a mini antenna dish on May 7. I didn't receive the order or any notification of a delay so I contacted them via email asking about order status in July, was informed it was on back order and should be shipped within two weeks.

Still had not received late July sent email, no response still not received mid August, received a response on August 22rd, saying the order had been shipped on August 23rd and would take 10 to 15 days to arrive, replied asking how something could have been shipped on a future date and if they had shipped it via China, no response.

On September 24th products still not received, I emailed again asking for order status, finally received a reply on October 3rd saying it was shipped on September 6 and should take 10 - 15 days to receive. I immediately replied to this email as it had already been 20 days since they said it was shipped and asked them to immediately track this order.

No response, sent another email October 14th, no response but the charge showed up on my credit card bill in September.
I finally disputed the charge to my credit card company as I hadn't even received a reply to my last two emails. I emailed them again on October 29th.
I finally received a reply from them on November 4 stating that I requested a refund and therefore the order was cancelled.

I immediately replied stating that I had not cancelled my order or requested a refund, that I had simply disputed the bill because it had been two months since I was charged and still had not received the order or any replies to my repeated emails and I would be happy to remove the dispute as soon as the items were received in good order.

They responded by saying "As we have been charged-back, (your credit card company has returned the funds to you) the only way to get these items would be to place another order. This order is closed."

I replied on November 5th expressing my outrage that after 6 months of waiting for these items they would cancel my order for holding payment till goods were received and asked to speak to a manager.

After a few weeks a Claudette called and left a message that I could call her back collect at (514) 426-3458. I tried several times but no answer or after hours and finally the number is no longer a good number. I guess I'm luckier than most, I got my money back.
