Ripoff fradulent charges

While looking at my telephone bill today I noticed charges from Tralee Telephone Company. I was really confused because I had never heard of this company before nor had I ever received/requested services from them. I called the number given for the USBI portion of my bill. They told me it was some kind of calling card program. And they also told me that the account was under my 15 year old daughters name.

I told the female that I spoke to that I wanted this account closed and I wanted all charges refunded as there are only 2 people authorized to make any type of charges on our phone and my daughter was not one of them. That is when she became rude and told me that $30.28 would be credited/refunded in 1-2 billing cycles. These charges were $13.90 savings plus mthly fee for SEP 13, $1.24 universal service fund SEP 13, $13.90 again for AUG 12.

Luckily I must have caught these charges the first time they were billed. I feel very fortunate that I caught them when I did. Then it occured to me that there were never any calling cards received. What a bunch of ripoffs.
