I have been a member of this book club for a few month and have not had any problem until recently. I ordered 2 orders for Christmas presents in the very beggining of the month. Well here it is 2 days before Christmas and I have not recieved either order. They posted all over there site "Order before Dec. 20 at noon and get guarenteed delivery before Christmas".

Well we are 2 days away from Christmas and considering I ordered these books in the very first week of December I should have recieved them. I have gotten very very vague responses from them and they do not respond to specific questions or concerns! I think they are a terrible company and will be cancelling my membership for sure! Here are my contact with them... How ridiculous!

that I won't get it in time, I hope you have a tracking number or some information. I really need that order! My second concern is the order I placed the other day is supposed to be expressed shipped (which I paid for on my credit card) and that has not been shipped either, it is now the 21st and I don't have either order, every single book I ordered is a gift. I am really nervous and need a response ASAP as to where these orders are. I would also really like a phone number for your company so I can speak to a person.

Now remember I asked them about 2 orders! Not just one and I also asked numerous questions!

Thank you for you response but frankley that response concerns me. I ordered my first order on the 4th of Dec it is now the 22nd of Dec and I still have not received it. It was posted all over your site "Gaurenteed Delivery before Christmas if ordered before Dec. 20 12 noon" now your response to me about my order placed on the 18th of Dec is "Chances are it will be there before Christmas". I need an explanation I paid for express shipping under the guarentee that your company made. If your not sure if they will be here then I want a refund of all my shipping charges on both orders because you defaulted on your guarentee. I would like a better answer to where my order is and not some vague answer. I spent a lot of money and demand a decent response. I can't go on "Chances".
