Overstock order was delayed, delayed. I am sure the rep i complained about delayed my order further

Electronics and household app.

I placed my order on Dec. 11th for a an MP3 player and it was allegedly shipped the next day. I was a frequent buyer of 'O' and I would usually receive my orders within a week. I wanted my order before christmas so after some time, I activated my first chat line and spoke with a representative. She answered all my questions using pre-written responses that were identical to what I read on their list of "frequently asked questions." After 20 minutes of being pleasant and pissed-off at the same time, I told her she could not help me. I could tell she was aggravated with me too. I immediately went back on the chat line to find someone new and got her again. I said something like "Oh no, it's you again. You can't help me..." and logged off.

I emailed customer service regarding the status of my order and made a complaint that their rep. (by name) did not assist me whatsoever. The pre-written letter I received said if I ordered the item before Dec. 17th, it was GUARANTEED to arrive by Dec. 24th. That never happened. After Christmas I tried to cancel my order but they said it was already shipped.

On Jan. 2nd, I received an email stating that they "processed my return and my replacement would be shipped within 2 business days!" I never received it in the first place! I could only conclude that 'someone' did something to further delay my order. I know that 'someone' had to be the rep.

I received my item some 10-days later. I cannot remember the actual date because I was just so overjoyed that I had finally received it. I used to be a very good customer of 'O's but not anymore. You simply cannot communicate with these people when a problem arises and their restocking fees are costly.
