Ripoff won't close account and refund credit balance. For almost a year I have been trying to close my account and get them to refund a credit balance

For almost a year I have been trying to close my account with Ferrellgas and get them to refund a credit balance. The people in the offices in Albuquerque and in San Ysidro NM claim that they send my letters to the 'main office' (wherever that is) and that they have no controll over this locally.

The refund owed me is very small. Only $4.57 but I discontinued my service with them because of bad service and I am very upset that they will not respond.

Instead, I continue to get statements and advertisements from them. How many other people do they collect over-payments from? It is the principle of the matter!
