Excellent! Very Good Customer Service

I have been a regular at Toys R Us, Aurora since when we came from India to the US. Normally I don't write reviews but this one incident compelled me to write it, especially since the reviews what I've read on their website is contrary to my personal experience at the store. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. Yesterday I had gone to the store to buy a gift card and accidentally dropped my credit card at the store. I didn't realize it until I came back home after the thread ceremony which I attended at the temple. I got panicky and told my husband to cancel the card but he told me to check once again with the store. Not too sure about it, I still called just to find out that the card was with them and could collect it any time from the guest service. I am very happy with their services and would definitely shop again at the store.
