Being ignored for 3 months on prescription records request from main officeSafewayc

Why has it taken over 3 months as of this date to get information on prescription records despite the best efforts of my local pharmacy? Calls and messages to 925 469 7920 go unanswered. Not a word has been received, is there anyone there? Frankly it is only the service from the pharmacy that keeps me using the Richmond Highway Alexandria store, where even the produce is of poorer quality than the local Costco store.
It seems at times that the left over produce from other stores is shipped to my local store, experience has taught me to very carefully study the sell by dates on all of the dairy products as well
