Ripoff scam did not ship deleted records fraud unprofessional rude no delivery bad customer service

I ordered a product from Vampfangs.com and never received it.

After multiple tries of trying to contact their customer service, I was finally given a rude reply stating "it must have gotten lost in the mail". I'm sorry, that is not acceptable.

I never received any statement or tracking number, and now, they've deleted my account history so that I have no access to it.

I have reported them to the BBB and the Dept. Of Consumer Protection of MA.

Do NOT buy any products from VampFangs.com or GlowMark Novelties! It's a ripoff!
