SCAM/No customer service replys

This company has deleted my order stating I have no orders pending. They have been paid and I never received the product. Customer service requires a voice message left and they never call back. An email inquiry only had an auto reply to tell me another reply would come in the future about my customer service question. So. They have my money. They state I have no orders pending on my tracking. I have no product. Customer service is not available. Filed a complaint with BBB. Do not use this company unless you read all the rip off reviews and BBB report.
