Terrible cust. Serv - sandal wedges

The District Manager was cursing and angry because I was getting upset because the store would not credit my account back due to my card being stolen and I had to use another card. The associates told me to leave the item in the store so the District Manager could look at them and make a decision and I left the shoes and the receipt in the store. The District Manager called me and was cursing and would not credit my acct because i had a different credit card. I didn't go get the shoes back because I was afraid there would be a fight. I called back and the DISTRICT MANAGER WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME. I can't believe someone could use cursing words, be rude and hang up on the customer and still keep their job. I need resolution regarding this matter asap. 619-947-8784.
