District manager was using cursing words, hung up on me and when i called back she was rude and i am a supervisor for a jewelry store and if i had an employee like her she would be fired immediaely. My product is in the store and i was afraid to go back because i am sure we would of had a physical altercation. I just wanted a credit on my credit card. I will explain more when i get a call back.
