Bad Customer Service - Cathy Jean Shoes

I bought a pair of shoes at Cathy Jean Shoe store in the UTC store in La Jolla, CA. I decided I didn't want the shoes and went to return them and I was told by District MGR that I couldn't have anything because I didn't have original credit card and I explained my card was stolen so I had a new card. I was told to leave my item in the store and they would return my call and they did and saide they couldn't do anything. I was in the correct time frame to get a return. I am pissed off and the store has my merchandise with my receipt. The Associates and DISTRICT MGR was unprofessional and were using cursing words. I was apolled and will never use that store again. The DISTRICT MGR needs to be fired for yelling and using cursing words. A resolution needs to be done or I am filing a police report because they have my merchandise with the receipt.
