Horrible customer service, bad quality shoes

I bought a pair of sandals from the Newport Beach location and after wearing them only twice for a very short time the sandal is starting to fall apart. The bottom of the sandal is ripping off. When trying to exchange the sandals after 2 weeks of purchase the store manager was insulting and very rude. She pretty much laughed in my face and refused to offer any help. I tried calling their corporate office and they are not even willing to come to the phone. Horrible company, will never ever buy from them again.
