Inc moving ripoff company broke every single items i owned hollywood florida

I used this company to move from Alliance, NE to Allentown, PA when I received my furniture from them. Everything I owned was damaged and had dirt all over them. The estimated loss was evaluated at $32,000. They delivery men were so ashamed, they were suppose to Stay watched my unpack, they apologize and left. I called Nationwide Van lines, I spoke with Norette, she asked me to send her pictures, I took 198 pictures and mailed them to her, I did not hear anything from them after 1 month, I called her, she told me that they would not replace any of my belongings because, I am a black woman they do not trust black folks to beging with. I called the company several times trying to get the name of the owner, they refused to provide me with the info. 9 months later I am still trying to replace my things. Please help
