*False Advertising-stated that a moving van lines pre-painted truck would be picking up my shipment, sent a unmarked lease truck,

*Contracted out delivery to another company without disclosing at any time.

*Did an incomplete Bill of Lading (BOL)

*Only one of the 3 movers spoke English

*Over charged - originally quoted me $3800.00, when arrived at my home said that it would be an additional $3000.00 if I wanted them to cover the furniture before moving it.

* Charged me additional for the TAPE to keep the moving blakets on the furniture $4.00 per roll. And additional for bubble wrap tp cpver furniture

*Held my household goods hostage for additional money and INSISTED ON PAYMENT BEFORE FURNITURE IN HOUSE! HAD TO CALL POLICE

*Dropped Jet Ski upon delivery
