Ripoff is a dirty, dirty company

Tax Ready has wronged me in many ways. First, they told me that I would recieve a refund of over $4,000. I was a little weary of spending the required $1295, however, I figured the reward would far exceed the front end cost. They assured me that I would have 30 days to cancell if I changed my mind.

When my "tax coach" called and told me that I would owe the IRS $2,000, instead of recieving a refund. I decided that I changed my mind. I faxed a letter to Tax Ready that day (9-28-01), per their request.

It is now 1-31-02 and I have not received my refund. It is currenty on a credit card compiling interest. I have called Tax Ready over twenty times, only to be put on hold for hours and transferred to many different people that all made me empty promises. Not one employee of the company has voicemail. I now understand why. They must be swamped with complaints, and undoubtedly for good reason. They are a corrupt organization that steals money from innocent people. I can provide names if need be.
