Veldon's Dry Cleaners
Late, rude

I decided to do business with Veldon's Dry Cleaners to clean my comforter. I dropped it off and found out the price was 300% more than what they had told me it would be over the phone.

They told me the comforter would be ready for pick up on the coming Friday by 4pm. I came in on Saturday to pick up my comforter and it was not ready! They did not have the decency to call to let me know it would not be ready. They said to come later that night or on Monday. I decided to come Monday.

I got caught up with work Monday and Tuesday and returned to the dry cleaner on Wednesday. My comforter still was not ready! Again, they did not call me to let me know it was ready. When I explained how upset I was, the employee told me "Well, we could have just given it back to you dirty. I don't think you would have liked that, would you?" He was extremely rude to me and not once did he apologize that I had taken time out of my day twice to come pick up the comforter and still it was not ready as they had said it would be.

They refused to give me any kind of discount.
