Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

I responded to an advertisement on a Christian Radio Station here in Bronx, New York for Tax Ready Services to receive a free cassette with Tax Tips. I called up a service representation and after a lenghty conversation, I decided to become a member.

I gave them my credit card information and they charge me $595.00 on December 22. After five day I cancelled the service after they failed to provide the services that they promised. I faxed my written cancellation request on January, 7 (which they confrim receiving).

Every time I call they advise my refund will be issued in 0-10 days. The last time I called I was told I would have my refund no later than January 25. As of today, March 15 I have not received my refund. I called Tax Ready at least twice a week to no avail.
