Site to Store Game Order Arrived With Empty Case and Rude Service

Well, I waited well over the deadline for my site to store Fallout New Vegas game that finally just came here today. This is not going to be a positive review, what I thought was inside my brand new plastic wrapped game case was the actual disk. That was not the case, instead, all I got was the case. Then when I called them to tell them this, they forgot about my call and when I did get ahold of them, they were incredibly rude to me. They have lost a valuable customer and I hope they know, I will be bringing all of my business and money to Target.
