No game in case - fallout new vegas

Well, i waited well over the deadline for my site to store fallout new vegas game that finally just came here today. This is not going to be a positive review, what i thought was inside my brand new plastic wrapped game case was the actual disk. That was not the case, instead, all i got was the case. Then when i called them to tell them this, they forgot about my call and when i did get ahold of them, they were incredibly rude to me. They have lost a valuable customer and i hope they know, i will be bringing all of my bushiness and money to target.
