Pathetic website

The website is absolutely ridiculous, it needs a hell of a lot of work.

I was sat on the Internet for hours trying to order a pair of sandals for the first 10 (LITERALLY) times it would not let me add the item to the basket though I got there in the end.

I then tried to proceed to checkout and it wouldn't not let me sign in so I sat there faffing about with that for about half an hour finally let me log in and then hallelujah I had a problem with making the payment!

It took me 2 hours to order a pair of sandals, that is absolutely pathetic! I could have gone to the store, bought them and been back home in that time but apparently online is suppose to be a whole lot easier, obviously not!

Lets just hope it was worth it and I don't get an empty box or worn shoes! I most certainly will not be happy with that.
