John Toomata Sr. Steel Inspector - check issed by chase band

I was issued a expense When I went to attempt to cash the check I was informed by the tell that it would cost a $6.0 fee cause I am not a customer. Then the teller informed me that he can not cash the check because his computer states that the check is deposit only., The check is issued PAY to the order of ME (John Toomata) there is no where on the check that states DEPOSIT ONLY. I emailed our accounting department and they informed me that the check is pay able. I do not want to deposit my check into chase bank. Why is chase bank trying to force a person to deposit in the bank for a check drawn from chase bank with the funds in the account. And the check states pay to the order of John Toomata. I am working 7 to 7 morning so this is unacceptale.
Please respone and clear up the issue to cash thos check. John Toomata
