Violated banking terms and rules set by US bank itself and unreasonably help my cashers check deposit for 11 days. I deposited a cashers check of $15,000 on 8/17 to US bank on West Chicago Ave, Chicago location. They made only $5,000 available immediately and held $10,000 until 8/28, total 11 days. The check is a cashers check issued by Chase Bank from my closing my account with Chase. On what ground, US bank held my cashers check for 11 days which is not included in any banking policy they set. I regreted so much by wrongfully chosen this bank when I moved from Indiana to St Louis, MO.
