Scamed at target, by target

I find it hard to believe target would stoop so low as they did. While checking out the cashier asked me if i would like to have a discount card that would save me 5% everytime i shoped. Sounds good. (not so)
as it turned out it was a credit card. I don't want one nothing was told about a credit card. She made it sound like it was just a discount card. After i found out i confronted a cashhier and was told that was the way the manager wanted it. She said she was sorry and she didn't like it also. Shame on you target.
