Found out the Target card I was pressured to apply for to save 10% cost me dearly. Never received the card or a bill so I called Target and paid it on the phone (after begging them to help me because I did not have the acct#). Asked that the acct be closed as it was paid in full. Found out 6 months later Target just closed it with a $11 balance. They did not contact me about this or call me. Now it will take 21 days for them to research. This is the only bad thing on my credit report and it dropped it 200 points for $11 that I do not owe and they say they closed the account.
