Deceptive practice salesmen misrepresent the facts

Ought a tread mill 0% interest one year $400.00 paid 300 balance $123.99. Paid the balance 2 months before due date but the money comes off of my total bill instead of the item at 0% interest.

This is not what I was told when I purchased the item and when I paid the balance. Upon calling sears 800 number they inform me I have to pay off my $2700.00 dollar balance before I can pay on the zero percent item.

Its not a lot of money but it is misrepresentation by their employees and should be honored by the company
