HHGreg warranty and LG refirgerators - LG refirgerato

Dec. 2011 I bought a $3300 LG french door refrigerator.in Oct it started making noise.in Dec. I called and requested service due to the noise and the freezer was not freezing. I have had 7 service calls, a new thermistor and a new compressor. The refrigerator still does not cool, and still makes noise. The part to fix it is no longer available. HHGreg says my extended warranty is not valid because the appliance was repaired 3 times under the LG warranty and LG just keeps reviewing and reviewing. Meanwhile, I am throwing out $40-50 in food every other day.
