How do you miss a CD? - Hatebreed Preorder Divinity of Purpose with CD

I preordered a Hatebreed hoodie, poster and CD combo. I received it 3 days late, and, to my surprise, there was no CD! How you mess that up I will never know. Oh, and since I preordered the package a month ago, the digital download link stopped working the day before I would have been able to actually use it.
