Damage Shoe received through Online Shopping - aldo shoes

This I am writing as feed-back cum complain for receipt of use/damage shoe pair that I have ordered from Aldo @ Crabtree Valley Mall, Raleigh, NC 27612. I have paid in cash $96.08 (Basic $90.00 Tax $6.08) for this shoe (Vide Item Code: 21-07-02-ROCHIN, 97, Size 41, D, Order # 30745492, Dated 12/22).

When I come back to India (Home Country) after my visit from USA, I have opened this box and found that both the unit (shoe pair) were apparently used by and damaged at store/warehouse (i.E. May be frequently trialled by and/or used returned by customers).

I don%u2019t know the exact reasons for damages (i.E. Wrinkles on front top side leather, total color washout on back side hill/mount/side-by-side, damages on back side, and hill/mount drop from the extreme back side), but the fact that no one can expect this type of product atleast where shopping made from USA.

I am frequent shopper to your products (mainly shoe) at Aldo stores and even made shopping from Aldo @ Mumbai (India), but had never witness this kind of damages, and misrepresentation. The concern store/warehouse has misrepresent me by sending used/damages shoe.

Today, when I dress-up and ready to go back to work, I opened this shipment and get disturbed looking to your used/damaged product which I bought with quality confidence into Aldo.
