Ripoff The individual named TRIED to help me, it's the company that's Corrupt kansas

I signed up for the famous family plan in mid September.

It was to cost me $110 per month basic rate if we stayed within minutes, etc. Two phones were free, one cost $50.

I got my first bill in about 3 weeks, which was for almost $300. Lukily (i guess. Although she hasn't been able to help me yet) I got an e-mail for a customer service account person out of Texas. She gave me a discount because of where I am employed, claimed to have credited my account with over $200 ect.

Bottom line... I try to call my children today who are travelling for Thanksgiving and our phones are all not working because I have not PAID ENOUGH! I have to date paid them $185 for 2 months. We have not used over our alloted minutes, nor should there be any reason for the bills they have sent.

The rep has been assuring me everything will be taken care of and cleared up. We have e-mailed back and forth about 8 times during all of this, and she continues to tell me she will fix my account.

I am furious-and if there is a class action lawyer out there... Count me in, or I'll get my own! I have no confidence this will ever get resolved. Then, if you drop them, they have the "right" to charge you $150 per phone!!!

I have now paid out $383 for 2 months of "service?" and they have disconnected me without any warning at the very worst possible time, when I cannot get in touch with my kids. I live in Michigan and they are travelling from Texas and California.

Oh - I too, tried to get help at a Sprint store here in Muskegon Michigan. They were rude, not at all interested in my questions, and I walked out. Should have been a clue huh?
So, I signed up by phone... Never received any written verification of my contract-despite asking over 3 times.

What a mess this company is in. It is totally unbelievable.
