Well this is my story, I use to be with sprint up to jan, when my contract was up. I had problems in the past with them, I went to T-moible thought it would be better. I ended up cancelling my contract, and went back to sprint for a family share plan. SI I am stuck with a cancellation fee from tmobile. But hey sprint was great. I SHOULD have never went back. I ordered to phones on my account, I recevied two free phones, u had 30 days to upgrade, which I did end up doing. It started in the end of Feb my serivice was really bad, to talk to someone, then get transferred to 50 million different people to tell your story, and even get disconnected is crazy! So as of one month ago, we called, called numerous times, and they said they would send us better quality phones, just return your old ones to us, and we will credit you for those phones. When we received the new phones, they looked nice, we hooked them up over the phone as customer service walked us through it. Well so far since we received these phones for about a month now, we have had nothing but problems. I called and they were to email me return orders to send the old phones back, my bill was high, because they did not credit us back, however, weeks went by, we called so many different times, talked to different people, they will not! Let you talk to a supervisor, they have yet to credit us the full amount, and when they transferred our old phones to the new ones, they did it incorrectly, I tried using outgoing calls, from even in my house and when I would call it says thanks for calling verizon, and metro pcs and one point. Also it kept saying welcome to american roaming. I could not use the phone barely, we kept calling everyday promised the credit would be on it within 24 to 48 hours, nothing has been done, we are still calling everyday! WE want our credit back and just working phones, so we said send us our old phones back they were a for a up an upgrade from the original ones we had, how the hell is that fair to us. I paid for upgraded phones, and received downgraded ones. However overall, we are still waiting for the credit, our phones don't work properly, we are directed to different people constantly!!! HOurs at a time!!! It is ridiculous to talk to Sprint, all we want is working phones and our credit from the phones we jsut send in... THey promise, and promise, nothing yet till this day 7/31/07. It has beena month so far of terrible service, and rude people thier. My advice to anyone get out!!! WE are going to continue to fight with them till we get our credit and working phones or they can cancel our account, but I will NOT be charged no cancelation fee... This is crazy!!! Send us phones we send the old ones back, and thses new ones our absolute crap!!! THey hooked them up wrong, and won't even wourk with a credit for this... I want this resolved and my credit back, and want to leave sprint... AU have to tell your entire story to everyone you talk to at sprint, why is this never noted how many times a day we call???
