Company wont honor their warranty. Been 9 months now

Stay away from Home Warranty of America.
First, they used non-licensed people. Most of the repair people they employ work out of their homes.
WOrst of all I have been waiting for a tub repair for NINE month.
12 calls later (average of 40 minutes each wait time)
Each time they promise to send someone out. They never do.
I can not tell you the level of frustration.
I'm guessing they just keep you on hold until you hang up
