My intent is to warn all home owners against choosing Colonial Home Warranty.
They are on top of my list as being the worst home warranty company I have had the misfortune to use. They are refusing to honor my claim for the repair of my pool pump motor claiming that because I take care of the pool myself and after 6 years the pump motor is going out that it must have been poor maintenance on my part. Their claims supervisor, Brian, admittedly knows very little about pools and feels that this situation is not normal wear and tear.
Do not waist your money by going with Colonial Home Warranty. They are a rip off to the consumer.
