Ripoff company sends out only their CONTRACTORS to do work and they are not even licensed by the state in which the repair is done

People assume when they purchase a home that includes a home warranty, that they are getting a great deal, that could not be more wrong. The warranty company will only send out someone to do the requested repairs who are on their list of providers, and most of those providers of service are not licensed by the state in which they do the work, nor are they experienced or have a reputable reputation in their local community.

Please, buyers beware, the so called home warranty you get when you purchase a home is not a good deal in the least. You have no say in the least about who you want to do the repairs, nor do you have any input about anything that person is capable of doing.

By the time you pay for the purchase of your home, which the price of the warranty is included in the purchase price, come up with your down payment, pay the deductible for any repair needed, if it is even covered by the warranty company, you will end up paying large bills to get the work done properly, so please, I am speaking from experience, read all the small print, and make sure the repair person is licensed and insured, and by all means, be carful when allowing a complete stranger into your home to do any type work, because the home warranty people do not even perform background checks to see if the person they send into your home has a criminal background.
