Fedex Office Incredibly Bad Work For An Unbelievable High Price - Manager Patrick Could Care Less

Like many business with short deadlines I turned to FedEx Office (Kinkos) to do some printer of tri-fold brochures for a sales trip - leaving on Sunday. They had as much time as they said they needed - about 12 hours, to produce 400 tri-fold brochures.
What I received the next day was terrible quality work. (see images)
Not one of the brochures was properly folded. The image size was slightly reduced from the proofs, so that the contents of panels did not properly align on the page/panel. The print quality was very poor - and I specifically asked if the proof I saw were going to be the final quality, and the agent said no - but they were - proof quality. The quality was very bad given that they ended up charging $2.00 per brochure - $900 total.
When I picked them up and saw the quality, I asked the manager named Partick if he though these wre acceptable quality.
