Poor Quality Tri-Fold Brochures Printed at $2 Each, $900 Total

Like many businesses with short deadlines, I turned to FedEx Office (Kinkos) to print tri-fold brochures for a sales trip, leaving on Sunday. They had as much time as they said they needed, about 12 hours, to produce 400 tri-fold brochures.
What I received the next day was terrible quality work (see images). Not one of the brochures was properly folded. The image size was slightly reduced from the proofs, so the contents of the panels did not properly align on the page/panel. The print quality was very poor. I specifically asked if the proof I saw would be the final quality, and the agent said no, but it was proof quality. The quality was very bad given that they ended up charging $2.00 per brochure, $900 total.
When I picked them up and saw the quality, I asked the manager named Patrick if he thought these were acceptable quality.
