What a joke for a company. It would be nice if:
1. You could actually understand the customer service reps - none speak the English language clearly enough.
2. They actually do something - my phone has been down for 5 days and still no information.
3. They actually checked their records for accuracy - they said they called me at home and confirmed my phone was working.?? DUH!
