Ripoff

I bought a couple of lg cell phones 6 months ago. I still have not gotten my $100 rebate. The first time i called i was told my paperwork was lost and they did not recieve it. They keep telling me to call call back and call back. Their service is not so great. Aqll the time i refill with prepaid minutes and they charge my debit card and id be without minutes for 2 days. I just want my rebate money. Its a long wait for a rebate.
