Ripoff - bad customer service

We scheduled natural gas service to be connected. The guy pulls in the driveway, fills out his yellow "sorry we missed you" card walked to the front door, rang the bell, stuck the card on the door and back to his truck. No way possible for me to get to the door before he was GONE!

These assholes cause me $300 lost pay for only being able to tell me they would be here sometime before 8-5pm. Then the guy shows up with no intention but to leave this card on the door and hightail it off my property.

I called the dispatch not 3 minutes after he pulled out of my driveway and told them what happened and THEY CALLED ME A LIAR!!!.

The guy couldnt have been 2 miles up the road, rather than send him back, they tell me its going to cost me extra for him to comeback afterhours or it will be 3 days later to reschedule.

If I die this weekend from hypothermia, I want all the world to see what has happened and I want someone to bury these assholes after I am dead and gone.
