Terrible Customer Service Experience

Worst experience I have ever had! I had a tech. Scheduled to com between 8 and 10 AM. No one showed. I called to complain at 10:30 and was told that there was a tech on site and that I should check my driveway. No one was here. I waited another 30 minutes and no one showed, so I called back to cancel after being told that I could not talk with a manager. At 11:30, the tech showed up. I told him that I had canceled and he got angry and said that no one told him and slammed walked to his door and slammed it. He then sat in my driveway for 10 minutes. The manager called to apologize and assured me that someone would be out to between 3 and 5 PM and even called at 3:30 to say that the tech was on another job, but would definitely be there in the time frame. It is 5:30 and he is still not here. I was called at 5:15 and told that he would be here in 20 minutes. Unbelievable!
