I ordered item on their site 3/12 showed in stock took money from my account phoned them on 17/12 said item out of stock Birmingham

I ordered a printer from this firm on 03/12 from the internet said was in stock cost 112.50. Was stated delivery would be 5 to 9 days, date now 17/12 still no printer telephoned them on 17/12 around 9.30am got recorded message eg "all customers service are busy" then cut off.

I tried ringing them every 10 minuets up until 5pm that day still same message, mean while during that day i emailed them twice on second email they mailed back "sorry for delay will send item by express delivery". Next day 18/12 i telephoned them at 9.05am was answered by a non english lady who i could hardly understand she asked me for my post code after about 5 seconds i got cut off.

I then phoned again, and again i had a job to understand her, different lady this time but not english spoken she asked me for my order no. Which is 460-011-7302 she then said "this item out of stock" i then asked here had money been taken on the date i ordered item and answer was yes i could not believe, it at no time from when i ordered item did they tell me it was out of stock.

I was quite angry and told here i want a refund and my money put back into my account at once but was told it could take up to a week to do this, i then told her i was recording our conversation she then became agitated and rose her voice and said "you have no right to do this" and hung up on me. I hope i get my refund as i have read reviews about lots of people having big problems with this firm and after weeks have not had there refund and have had to go through the bank to get there money back. I urge other people to never use them they are a con.
