Item Not in Stock - No contact from company - No refund

A friend asked where to order a laptop AC adapter and I made the mistake of sending him a link to HOOTOO. He placed the order on April 4th and he never heard anything from them. I contacted the company via chat (THEY HAVE NO PHONE)!! On April 10th and they said the item was not in stock (Showed it was when ordered) and there was no ETA so he would cancel the order and refund the $. Said he would receive it within 3 to 5 days. Today is April 17 and he still has no refund and has NOT been contacted at ALL! This company is a complete SCAM!
